The unit has been cleaned and is working properly. The plastic guard has tabs where the screws attach it to the unit. Most of those tabs have cracked and might eventually fail to hold the guard onto the unit. That or super clue the pieces where the cracks are forming. In any event, please be informed that this may or may not need addressed in the future.

The instruction manual is in great condition. There are no mechanical or electrical problems with the unit, and it heats up to the correct temperature fairly quickly. Please look at all pictures for other wear and tear marks.
